Why you'll love it

Woven from 100% Mulberry silk at a generous 16 momme, our pillowcase is smooth, cool and gentle on your skin and hair. Your face rests on pure silk all night, not a rough cotton weave.

  • Kinder to skin. Silk barely absorbs, so your skin keeps its own moisture instead of drying out on the pillow.
  • Better hair days. Less friction means less frizz, breakage and bed hair.
  • Fewer sleep creases. A smooth surface is gentler on your face than cotton.
  • Naturally hypoallergenic. Silk resists dust mites and mould. Our Mulberry silk bedding is approved by the British Allergy Foundation.
  • Four calm colours. Classic White, Serenity Sage, Arctic Ice and Desert Dream.

Care & washing

Wash your silk pillowcase gently in cool water with a silk-safe detergent. Avoid high heat, so no hot wash and no hot tumble drying. Air dry in the shade to keep the silk soft and the colour bright. A gentle machine cycle in a wash bag is fine, or hand wash.

Yes, silk is gentle on skin. It barely absorbs, so your skin keeps its natural moisture instead of drying out on the pillow, and the smooth surface causes less friction than cotton. It won't cure acne, but many people find it kinder on the skin.

Yes. Silk's smooth, low-friction surface means less frizz, less breakage and less bed hair, so you wake up with your hair in better shape.

They help with sleep creases. A smooth silk surface tugs the skin far less than cotton, so you get fewer of those morning pillow lines. It's a gentler surface for your face, night after night.

No. Silk is a natural fibre; satin is a weave, and most satin pillowcases are actually polyester. Ours is real Mulberry silk, which is breathable, hypoallergenic and gentle on skin and hair in a way polyester satin is not.

Momme (mm) measures the weight and quality of silk. Our 16-momme silk is around 69 grams per square metre, which gives it a lovely smooth feel and good durability for everyday use.

Yes, if you care about your skin, hair and sleep. Real Mulberry silk is gentle on skin and hair, naturally hypoallergenic, and comfortable all year. Ours comes in four colours at a fair price for genuine 16-momme silk.

Whatever suits your bedroom. We offer Classic White, Serenity Sage, Arctic Ice and Desert Dream. White is the easy match; the soft tones are lovely if you want a calmer, styled look.
